Summer gone?

Noticed today that all my trees have green leaves on them with snow at the base :popcorn:
Have you hugged your assult rifle today?    I have!  Mine that is not yours!

That's about as strange as going to Thermopolis in June, and waking up to snow on the ground the next day- and deciding to go swimming, anyway(the hot springs in Thermopolis are [u][i]hot[/i][/u])!

  In answer to your question, Bungpipe, I lived in Casper as a small kid.  'the other windy city' many of the residents there called it.

I have never been in casper but have heard of the wind there, now thermop I have been there a few times but that has been 30 years ago so I'm SURE that it hasn't changed.

Where I'm at nowtheir is a hot spring resort about 15 miles away and its kinda fun going swiming at 2am at 20 below zero with two feet of snow on the ground.

Yep, summer is gone here in KS and we're getting screwed out of fall too.  :tears:

Highs in the 50s and lows in the 30s already.  This sucks!

I have had to bust out the winter smoking jacket for my evening smokes already....I need a mancave!

Drove to the next town over and had to drive about 7 miles in a blizzard to get home.......and it sucked!

After reading all of the post here I will not complain about being 50 with rain.
Eat, Drink, Smoke, ...... and be Happy :)

Hmm.  Just got up to 80 about 30 minutes ago.
