My key notes for others:
1. Bring your own sticks
2. The island is "smoke free" you can find places to smoke, but you feel like you are always looking over your shoulder.
3. Again, bring your own

If you have a passport, you can take the ferry to Tortola, BVI. Just about every store in the BVI (all inhabited islands) sell CCs.
Might be difficult getting them past customs/security going back to St Thomas. Then again, there's always the airport on Beef Island, where you can fly to PR and back to the States from there. Not sure what customs is like there. I flew out of Cyril B King in St Thomas.
Security people were very nice (read "understanding") in Roadtown. I had a few bottles of Callwood Distillery Rum in my carry-on. They asked if it was "medicinal", and of course, they were, so they let me pass.    I wish they made enough of that rum to export. Absolutely the best I've ever had! The Pussers was very good too, but not like Callwood.
Hope you enjoyed your trip!
But I digress. Smoking isn't frowned upon as much in the British Isles. Besides that, I liked the BVI better than the USVI - the people were friendlier, there is much less crime, and things seem to be much more relaxed. Buy a Cohiba at the store, walk down to the beach and smoke it. "Easy day, Mon!"

That sucks. I spent my honeymoon at the Ritz Carlton back in 2008. I smoked my balls off on my balcony overlooking the ocean every night there. But then again, I'm not sure if I would go back anyway. Been there done that. Next time, the BVI for sure.
