cbandito, happy to have been able to clarify. And as I said in my original post, I'm not sure I believe what I'm seeing in the video. It's possible that the guy is actually having a tattoo taken off with a dremel, but I find it highly unlikely. Cover up is much easier, leaves an aesthetically pleasing finished product, (hypothetically), is less risky medically, hurts & much less.
If you ever make your way to the Rotting Apple, we will hook up for sure, enjoy a few smokes, and maybe get a CF tattoo! LOL

everyone needs at least 3 tattoos. and just get your own name, it never leaves you. :)

Had a friend that got his own name tattooed on his shoulder when we were about 18 or so. He stated the exact reasoning that you just did atomross. It didn't stop all of us from calling retarded for doing it though. You know, like, 'It's there for when he forgets his own name.' That sort of thing.
Personally, I've always found that ribbons with names in them turn into snakes very easily.
