That actually goes well with this thread.  When i spent time in mexico, you used as little toilet paper as possible.  there were actually some bathrooms that after you wiped, you threw the used toilet paper in the trash can.  Lovely smell by the way.  I think the reason was becauseof the shitty plumbing, no pun intended.  I would always goto the private terminal to goto the bathroom when i was working at the airport.  This was many years ago
