How much stick damage generally occurs during one of these? With all the handling and the many different stops the box takes, is it common for a lot of wrapper damage?

I've done three on Cf, and mostly the sticks are fin as long as they are packed well.  The most damage i see are cigars that are in tubes

Landrover, do not be so quick to let people in that you don't know. If these newbies do not have anyone to vouch for them, you are at serious risk of having the pass stolen. There are many scumbags who have come here to Wade's in the past looking to rob people, do your due diligence.
