Umm I offered them on Cbid first and I'm using the same name there and here. Nothing is being hidden.

Just so you know....Selling gifted sticks is generally frowned upon in the community as a whole.  May be some guys here that DGAF but I think its in extremely bad taste.  Why then, don't you go ahead and post in the TSBC section like everyone else?

My guess concerning the reason you used the same name is that the guys as CBid are done with you anyway.

Not sure what the TSBC section is. Also before I offered any of these for sale I contacted Buckwheat. he no longer smokes at all and told me he had no problems at all because they were now mine. I gave half of what he sent me away, traded a few and here I am selling only a few of what he sent so that I can afford to buy a box of Anejo's when the Fuente Family comes to town. I'm new to selling cigars so I'm not sure how to go about it really. The people on CBID who are my friends are far from done with me. They aren't bitter people who have nothing better to do than involve themselves in matters that have nothing to do with them. All I'm trying to do is raise about $200 so that I can buy a box of cigars that I'm going to wind up giving half away anyway. So go ahead and waste your energy hating me it's not affecting me in the least. If I can't sell them and get the box of Anejo's oh well not a big deal, it's just something I wanted and if I don't get them my world won't fall apart, just wasn't meant to be is all.

TSBC is the area in this forum where the business of buying, selling, and/or trading is conducted.  Surprised your "friends" didn't help you out by buying the smokes from you.

Wrong way to get this done:  Came to general discussion forming asking for help and trying to sell behind the scenes.  Not discussing all the details concerning how you came into possession of these cigars.  Saying they are to be sold to a friend

Right way:  First introduce yourself (good for you for doing this).  Post in the general discussion forum and explain how you came to own these cigars. Ask for a general price range.  Go to the TSBC section and post a topic for the selling of these cigars.  Probably be good to also explain your situation in your sales post.  Wait for the offers to come flooding in. Well maybe not.

Don't call people haters when they ask legitimate questions.

Guys, just a quick heads up...I offered help to celticbomber in pricing his stuff.  We went back and forth a couple times via PM, but after I asked him some questions about how he got these sticks, and if they were stored properly, could he send me some pics (for identification purposes), etc, he stopped communicating with me.  I have no idea what is going on with him or these smokes, but I did try to help him without getting anywhere.  Based on our communications, I guess something isn't right with him or his cigars.  I did check him out over on cbid, and he seemed to have a great reputation there.

Funny, do you want the PMs to confirm for yourself ?

I proposed a trade, based on what he wanted to get for what he listed above, which he told me in our 1st or 2nd PM.  I asked him some simple questions about the sticks (history, etc) that he never answered.  I never said his stuff was fake, or implicated him in any sort of crime...and if he didn't know the history, why not just be honest with me and say he didn't know the history before he got them.  I sent him a PM a day or 2 after our initial communications asking him if he was still interested in a trade, and I never heard anything back, so I figured they were sold or he moved on to sell them elsewhere.  I gave celticbomber several days to respond before even mentioning things here.

Basically, he told me what he was looking for in trade, and when I asked for further info, he stopped communicating.  There is nothing more to it than that and if you read the PMs you swould see exactly that....no communications, and failure to answer some basic questions about your own cigars raises a big red flag to me and it looks like the same exact thing happened to others as well, solely based on this thread.

I should have been more clear, sorry. I was only referring to the last sentence of your previous post.
