BTW, for all the whiners on here, the buyer got the cigars he wanted and I sold the cigars I was willing to sell. See, what happened there was 2 adults exercised their freedom to agreed to a deal.  This concept seems too difficult for some of you to understand. You've decided everyone has to play by the majestic "BOTL" rules, which seem to vary from guy to guy and season to season. But the truth is we all have the freedom to do what we wish with our own property and money. So while you go on trying to press your standards of a 'fair deal' on everyone else, the rest of us free-market guys will continue to do transactions as we wish.
I've said before and I will say again; Your opinions and standards wont dictate what I do with my property or how I enjoy this cigar hobby.

For the record I sell plenty of stuff on a regular basis...and I'd say a large majority of it is below or way below msrp. In addition, all of my transactions have resulted in happy people. Did you take the time to view my feedback from actual people I've sold to? Good deals, bonus cigars, speedy shipping and communication, offering HTF at a price they are happy to pay, etc....its all there...happy people.
You should consider those things before you declare someone a "cheese dick" "schmageggy" "shady mofo" etc, you are free to think and say what you want, but you look pretty ignorant when you name call and bash a guy that has zero complaints against him from actual buyers. Some deals may not be your cup of tea, but that doeasnt mean the parties involved are bad people. You dont know me, why pretend that you have the information to judge me?

Regardless, Ill keep posting my FS threads, some way above MSRP and most below MSRP. You can keep creating threads of hate, making ignorant comments, and running to other forums, like a juniorhigh schoolgirl, and slandering a total stranger...but I hope you wise up and find better ways to spend your time.

A bit of unsolicited advice: Just keep moving....you don't want or like a listing, then move on.

I don't agree with the gouging, but if someone wants to pay it...so be it. As long as he doesn't burn anyone on delivery, then I don't see the problem. People pay out the ass for sticks in CA all the time... A $15 opus joke on OlH is a steal in CA...they are regulalry $40-$50.

  I love the fact that the battlezone exists to educate people and if buyers want to pay it, let them. More sticks for me they won't have money for. We can all choose what we want to buy and whom to deal with.

I personally believe in the free market system but think its kinda funny he chose his own thread to get on the soapbox instead of BZ.  Guess he wasn't interested in debating and that's okay too.

I remember his comments on the main forum chat when he first attempted a huge gouge.  He basically told someone that he would have no problem fucking over someone that he didn't know.  That Sir, was all the information I needed to form my opinion of you since for the most part we don't "know" 99% of the people we interact with here at OLH.  It was then that you were added to my personal ASSHOLE list.  Yes this high schoolgirl just called you an asshole.

As far as Ive seen Wade doesn't run this place like a rash socialist. He gets the concept I reminded you all of. Now, whether he likes where I posted my comments/thoughts about the sell and such is up to him of course. Frankly Id be surprised if he banned a several year user over a post location.
What wouldn't surprise me is if he left it there and let it fall off itself. It was my FS thread, where I made my comments regarding that sale and it was a real FS thread at that.
Either way, its his site and I feel he is free to do what he wishes about all this. For what I has seen I really respect his views and management of this site, which I know you whiners cant say since you'd prefer he ban people in an instant, prohibit free-market sales, and generally babysit all the adults here.

Yeah, being "my own thread", as you state, I figured it was a pretty good spot. Not everyone visits this crap hole know as the BZ. I did want my comments to be seen by the wimps that ran over to other places to whine about it.
And I wasn't and am not really interesting in the 'debate', as you call it, in the BZ. Generally I tend to avoid posting in, and Ill probably regret this post because it will just cause guys like smelvis to make more ignorant comments to other people of the same uneducated mindset....but mainly I wanted to address your comments since I dont believe they are accurate....

All due respect, but I pretty sure you have me confused with someone else or aren't recalling MY comments correctly. What you said there doesn't sound like something Id say, at least not exactly like that.
I have always stood firm on the fact that 2 adults can do whatever they want, but I dont think Ive described it as "have no problem fucking over someone that he didn't know" ...some of you guys describe it that way, but thats not how I talk so I doubt I said that.
Last time I was the target of a OLH flame attack there was another guy being flamed also and he spent A LOT of time talking crazy and entering into all the flaming, therefore I assume you are mixing me up with him.
Anyways, I think you can see my perspective in my posts, that I don't believe I am "fucking over someone" when a adult of their own will agrees to pay with their own money.  The buyer in this case, as well as with most of my above MSRP sales, was a very seasoned OLH user. He knows exactly what he wants and what he is willing to pay.




So, honestly I hope to not spend anymore time in here on this. Whether or not I can avoid the temptation to waste time defending myself to you all or trying to teach you the facts on how supply and demand and free-market works, is another thing.  Anyways, I hope you all have a great day and enjoy your cigar, I know I will since I wont be complaining and steaming over what some other guy online is doing with his own property.

Oh, and by the way. I appreciate all the support I am getting from the other guys, you know the ones who dont spend all their time in the BZ, rather have better things to do. The emails and PMs show there really are plenty of people on here who understand and agree with what I am saying.  And these guys have been around here much longer then myself or most of the whiners. Pretty cool.
