If running late.....communicate!

I really like when people log on daily but still don't see fit yo update you on a late or delayed transaction! That really grinds my gears.

Scott...please be sure to leave an accurate trader comment at some point too... especially if communications were poor or the deal didn't go down as promised, it would be great for others to know that sort of information.  Personally, I try to keep buyers in the loop at every point of a sale, and I am big on communications.  I also try to never make promises I can't keep or don't intend on following through with...

I think you will be alright I just read his posts and feedback, something happened I think. He has 21 trades with 100% positive the last about 6 months ago. I'll call him out if this doesn't get resolved. Hang in there I had some trades take way to long but they usually come through. Good Luck.

After someone mentioned Puff I did find he had good feedback there and many posts so i know he's a good guy.  I was worried before that point.  Hopefully it arrives today.

Whether he has good feedback elsewhere or not, it still doesn't give him the right to go awol or leave you hanging... thats not good business, and if he is trying to get established here and get a few good TC's under his belt, he is not off to a good start.  Then again, maybe he really just doesn't care...

Well I tried to be polite with my posts yesterday.  The mail has passed for the day and the mail guy is saying even if he sent it on the back of a tortoise it should have been here by now.  I'm officially pissed with the situation and whatever excuse arises EVERYONE damn person has access to an e-mail to let me know.  Originally shipping on Friday then e-mailing on Monday night to say he didn't make it to the Post office "MONDAY" so it will go out Tue can only leave me with the assumption that he doesn't hold his word and may have shipped out days later and is just ignoring the PM's and e-mails from me figuring when I get it I will just forget it.  I paid via Gift so if I don't i'm screwed and that's fine but if it does arrive and he shipped even later it's only reasonable that he should have let me know.

...its possible that it has not even been sent at all too.  In my own personal experiences, people who ignore emails and PMs usually did not do as they said they would.

Scott, do a search here on a guy named Diesel.  I believe a bunch of people paid him via PP using the gift option, and some were able to recover their funds by submitting a complaint through Paypal.  Its worth looking into, especially if this guy never comes through with anything.

Also, if he never comes through, don't forget to submit his info to a member here by the name of "insight" who will add him to the scumbag list.  There is no point in anyone else going through what you are dealing with if it can be avoided altogether.

Yep no excuse for ignoring a person, tksamtec is right about getting charges reversed just call payfail on the phone and don't try to do it online that was how they got the funds reversed. Heck if it was me I'd probably go ahead and do it now even if he sent it inconvenience him and see how he likes it.

Good Luck.

The Pay buddy payment was to [email protected] I'm just hoping the cigar comes in still in good shape.
