I was looking in on meters and with primitive means, i.e. bead/gel + gauges, it is difficult to keep moisture that low but I will really work at it. I am not ready to move to more sophisticated technology (I am too cheap). Maybe next year.

i know a few chaps who have smoked these and not got on with them. they have said there is not much taste to them at all.

not tried one myself but would like to.
