what protocol? this is an open market...PM him and ask for references...is that difficult to do?  I simply gave "my 2 cents" in case anyone was considering contacting him about the sale...and I am fully aware of TL and his crap...I actually used to frequent the shop in downtown LA that was tied to his fakes...this aint my first BBQ

Not obvious to me at all.  If he was posting on a cigar BB that is set up for conversations, tastings, "all things Cuba, etc... then yes it would be bad form.

This is a site that was set up for the purpose of SELLING CIGARS.  That is what he is doing.  The fact that some do not know him is an issue for the buyer and yes the buyer should be aware.  That said, this is a site for selling cigars which is exactly what he is doing.  Bad form? I don't think so.  Buyer beware-definately.

If you know all about the TL issues, you should know how making comments like "you support" or "back" someone adds protection to them.  In this case it may not be true, but comments like yours cause people to be confused.  If you don't know them well and  be ready to back them up, don't make those stupid comments and keep you 2 cents in your pocket.

So you used to frequent TL's shop in LA with the fakes....................interesting.

no dumbass...its comments like this that are taken and twisted into something that has nothing to do with the topic at hand that are hurtful to the community...what is really interesting is how fucking lame some people are...go drop another load on your Carlito 8X10 and leave the heavy lifting to the bigboys...ok?
