Problem is that you will never find OR Cubans in sealed boxes. Anyone who buys from a secondary market has to know that the person who purchased the cigars (as well as almost every vendor out there) has opened the box to inspect it. I cannot imagine buying a box of 10 year old cigars that were in a sealed box. If they arrive moldy what are your options now? You wanted sealed boxes so you take the risk. As a seller I always check the cigars to insure that they are in good condition
There are plenty of ways to verify a cigars age besides the box. I buy stuff from third persons that I trust. I do not resell stuff that I buy from third persons unless it is intact and I can verify the provenance.
If I only bought sealed boxes of older stuff I wouldn't have any old stuff other than what I bought and aged myself.

I inspect all of my CCs too, so all of my CC boxes have at least been opened for inspection. Then again, I rarely sell any of my stuff, and most of what I have in my collection is solely for my own consumption. I do know of some people who don't even open their CC boxes and leave them completely sealed until they decide to smoke it--so I guess thats a risk they take by not inspecting the cigars upon arrival.
I rarely see people asking for OR CCs, or even ISO posts looking for CCs from a specific year... but I have seen a couple. When I hear the term OR, I immediately think of some sort of Fuente Anejo or Opus release as the term "OR" seems to follow the limited production Fuente stuff around quite a bit.
I guess the bottom line is whether its an OR CC release or OR NC, you better know and trust your source well. All of us learned that with the TL debacle.
