After dealing with so many people on this board, I think PatagasIV really "takes the cake".  Amazing guy.

I recently made a sizable purchase.  Everything went smoothly, but the box must've been damaged through shipping.  I let him know, and in split-second, replacements were on their way, with a pre-paid return-label, and some AMAZING tag-a-longs, to say the least.

It was an absolute pleasure. A+++++ for PartagasIV. REAL stand-up guy.
