To update:  I believe the picture below captures the breadth of TL's products.  If you see dupes look for a white band; those are sourced from Limor.  Rather than go into great detail I will just say if you purchased any of these consider them fake.  Some obvious examples include Cohiba bands with the wrong weight, an ED 109 half an inch too short, a boli regional about a quarter inch too short and "partagas XV salamones" that are somehow different sizes, despite supposedly being the same vitola.

Wow I have been following this as a lot of others have been , but  seeing it all laid out like that is scary. That is quite the operation they have going on over there.

Duh...or did everyone just think one guy happened to have access to so much HTF and pre-release cigars found nowhere else and was legit?

Worst part is there is some reg production in there as well.  Who knows how much of that has spread around.  The HTF stuff is pretty easy to be skeptical of but if he was getting away with that the reg stuff would fly under the radar like crazy.

OK question for you... and it is not a genius one either. Folks love fake stuff. LV, Lacoste, Lauren etc. The pitch here is "these taste just like the real deal at a half or 2/3 of the price (or whatever)", is it not? You guys just know better because you are knowledgeable experts.

Only here were they going for the whole pop.

What do you think?

CB

Great coffee, cigars and whiskey. Love them all.

Some of these taste *BAD*.  I mean really really bad. Also there is some stuff in there I can't even figure out what it is SUPPOSED to be, let alone what it is.

I don't know what everyone thought, much less cared, but when I first saw the banded 1966 "pre" I was somewhat interested and I showed the picture to the owner of a popular online retailer and his opinion was that they were bunk, after that I didn't pay much attention to TL's posts until the jig was up.
