The guy x man wanted to buy from had a public sale at puff behind the scenes he was selling cc's also, I pm'ed the list of positive reviews of the guy he was buying from. It is on puff and CA for anyone to check right now. I got the list from Warren as he said we were both timed out on Puff and hey guess what we are talking and got over our issue kinda like adults.

He had nothing new but had 100% positive feedback, I don't know what else I could have done. In the pm I sent to you insight it should have showed where I sent links to both the boards feedback for this guy he was buying from.

I did feel bad anytime someone gets ripped off, I felt worse for avi/x man because he called me his friend and pm'ed me all night angry like blaming me. he was also crying poor and I sent a check to get a break, he said my health is bad and I need an to end it. I came here after he refused to pay the half when he cashed the check after I said I was stopping payment.

He still wants half and is getting nothing and I want no further deals with him ever! This he asked for in pm this morning at puff.

Insight if you need any more of the pm's I am happy to cut and paste them to you. I can't believe he is still fighting this and and not apologizing to me and everyone else who had to read this cluster F**k

He is profiting from brothers but some of his prices are not bad, I do not think at heart he is a bad guy he just can't refuse to believe HE F**ked up and needs to get over blaming me!

Okay got to go check some pm's if I can provide any further proof just ask.

I joined a bit ago after avi/x man said to go look at the rip off he did there I could not find it, maybe because I just joined to see what he was talking about. I did not know CP existed until this mess!!

I repeat I sent links to the Para? guy's feeback to him from both Puff and Ca. He had plenty of positive trades just nothing new! He also had a sale going at puff all he had to do was look. If he didn't look after I sent him all I had how is that my fault. I do not know the guy or never heard of him before this!!

I over reacted by name calling that was immature and I admit it, but dude you lied and cashed the check after agreeing to split it, you cashed the check and then refused to even give me half back, and you want more from me. I have no words to describe what I feel about that, I will leave it to others to decide who is right.

I would be happy with an Public apology and the other $29 I had to spend to stop the check to get my money back and drop it. Does that sound fair?

I will not remove the negative feedback because it was warranted, In fact I don't think I could anyway. If Insight say's I should I will follow his ruling to the best of my ability since I think he is in charge of mess's like this.

Dude I don't envy you that job, I also have been smoking and collecting cigars for well over 15 years and never had anything even near this crazy happen.

I brought the Troops up to speaK for my Character, I really doubt you can find anyone to say I have ever been involved in anything remotly dishonest!

I don't have a dog in this fight but after reading this whole thing I'm still stunned by this "I don't think he tried to screw me on purpose but I still want the money this other guy swindled me out of and since you offered give it here" attitude.

Seriously now, does this work in the real world?  Can I just decide to get restitution for my bad decisions from someone who happens to have the misfortune of knowing something about how my bad decision took place?

I was given a 5 day time out as was Warren and I chose to not go back until about a month Later, I was asked to come back by the Owner and it's Mods. Guess what Warren and I are speaking and he Say's I was nut's in sending you anything.

I don't believe you sent me anything without making a profit. I called you on it a couple times when I surprised you and knew what the MSRP was on boxes and you claimed you bought them at a higher cost. Still I was happy as I had a hard time getting full boxes at a fair price and even with your mark up I have no complaints about that.

But don't say you were not making money we all know that's what you do sell for a profit.

I think I have answered all now. If not just ask anyone and I will do my best to.
