I don't know enough about the current boxes/bands/fonts etc but I do know that factories have not been rolling cigars and boxing/banding in the same building since pre-covid. So it would very hard to put the two together. I do know that in the LCDH's in Cuba the boxes that are left over from the singles sales are refilled by the house roller and sold to tourists without a receipt. Typically it fell off the truck or the guy that delivered them mis-counted and there was one left over. If these are recycled boxes they would need to be re-sealed with a new serial number label. Maybe this is the same modo de operandi on a larger scale. My question would be where did this guy get them and were any smoked? John
