The RA's arrived today and 1 of the was damaged in the middle of the shaft.  I can repair it with some glue, but thought I would let you know.  The second pp payment was just sent

Update as of this AM:

PayPal did the right thing and credited back my money owed to me from the credit card reversal from John after I provided tracking # to his address........phew

Moving forward, my advice is to not deal with John at all

Yes, John did a charge back to me as well.  I will put out some PMs...I know people who know him.  I also have family in that area.

Most frustrating thing was the lack of communication especially since his email and phone # were not working
