I see the point here. Fraud may be fraud but you cannot pay someone with F&F and claim fraud. You’ll get laughed at.

You're also basically telling PP that you were screwing them out of money and buying something but sending as friends and family. I hate Nick, but he couldn't be more right with everything he said. This has happened for years and even having a legal name and address, nothing happens too often. The ONLY time I've seen people made whole is when threats(non physical) were made or family was contacted. What happened sucks, but a lot of lessons are learned the hard way. This is why you don't just send to someone who seems nice or has a little bit of feedback. They may not be out to scam, but life's happens and sometimes find it easier and best for them to just keep the money and the goods as shitty as it is.

Bingo
It's one thing to be stupid, it's dangerous for a stupid person to think he's smart

While I have strong disagreements about you at times, I don’t hate you or most other folks. It takes a LOT for me to hate somebody … the only people/persons I hate most in this world is the Al Haqqani terrorist group….everything else pales in comparison to what this group/people have done to our folks when you see it in person….

There's a method to my madness... don't worry about that.

Lol you're not some secret ninja or CIA agent, you have no special powers with the authorities, and here is exactly what will become of this whole thing:  NADA.

Totally sorry you got scammed bro, you're stuck and you're steaming, but no authorities are going to do anything about it ever.  It's a tale as old as time, and always ends the same way.  Quicker you admit that the happier you'll be.

Don’t need to be a cia agent or secret ninja buddy. The internet is a beautiful resource. The goal here is to make sure his employer (US Military) know about the fraud he has committed. He needs to be held accountable. Thanks for your insight

Looking kinda bleak. A friend of mine had an E-3 article 15'd within 2 days of discovery that corporal had sold a car that was missing the title. He knew it. Didn't care. Wasn't banking on my buddy driving to Oklahoma to confront him. He said an E-6 asked him if he had sold a titleless car and he admitted it. Then the discussion was how he was going to make the gentleman whole. After that was ironed out, the E-6 ordered him to the CO's office for article 15. They don't fool around. If it was reported, it'd be done by now unless investigation hit a dead end.

I'm thinking the new guy was just blowing smoke. As one of the folks who got taken I held out some hope initially.
