Custom Rolls on COH..

Anyone tried the custom rolled cigars that Ravi offers?

I order the custom rolled dahlias somewhat regularly.  The COH custom rolls are full strength, nicotine loaded with some of the darkest wrappers you'll ever see on Cuban cigars.

I could be wrong, but I thought I read somewhere that the COH custom rolls are not Cuban cigars.  I just went on Ravi's site and it doesn't mention that they are "Cuban."  When I read dark cigars and full nicotine strength, that makes me think they might be Nicaraguan or made somewhere else outside of Cuba.  Perhaps someone has asked Ravi this direct question.

I asked Ravi several years ago (maybe around 2014) and he said they were Cuban.  I have only had a few that he threw in as extras, but i thought they tasted blatantly Nicaraguan.

I have some custom rolled lanceros from him that I purchased a while back. Like Diplomatico stated, they are VERY dark and had heavy nicotine. I have only had 1 or 2 from the bundle and honestly forgot I had them. If anyone is interested, I would sell the remaining for dirt cheap.

I asked Ravi the same question and received the same response.

Spoke with Ravi last week and asked if he had any with lighter wrappers. He said all were Cuban and rolled specially with dark wrappers and extra ligero for the Asian market.
