The fact that you belittle the trade as just a 3 cigar purchase says it all. It doesn't matter if its 3 cigars or 3 boxes, they should be treated the same. Everyone has a little bit of time each day to answer a pm. Just sounds like you dont give a fuck.

Instantly had the same thought cross my mind after it took the BZ forum to draw the seller out.  Had no intention of responding to the OP and was hoping he would just go away till his name was mentioned.
If you are on this board with a 4sale post I don't care how busy or complicated your life is (basically a BS excuse anyway) you have the time to respond to your buyers or you shouldn't be on here if you're that GDamm busy.

That "plan" can be described in one word:  stalling.

I’ll give the benefit of a doubt with the holidays being around, I definitely won’t forget to follow up. If it gets too stagnant

He does have a lot of good reviews but let’s see how it goes

The UPSP will want a receipt showing what was bought, and the answer is tobacco.

They will want a pic of the items before mailing, and you don't have one.

We already know the packaging was insufficient, poorly done, which is not the fault of the USPS anyway.

There is no way to prove the cigars were not in poor shape prior to shipping.

See where this is going?

There is no way to make this right except for the seller to refund/replace the cigars, which still will leave him

in the same place, a questionable seller.

damned shame...........

I agree that ignoring emails from an upset buyer while responding to emails of people who want to buy from you does not bode well for you. You got set up on that email test and you took the bait. I’m on darkie’s side here. It took him posting your name to draw a response when I believe you knew this thread was active all along? This is a shame you’d burn down a 100% positive feedback over this transaction. Reputation takes years to build but one event to screw it up.
