That was my shipping date. Still nada

Btw. For the past week; ive reached out to Kat/PE Regarding this issue and she has been the epitome of unhelpful. Just saying to be patient; dodging answering my direct questions; and taking 3-4 days a peice to reply to each email. I know times are tough; but customer service is still customer service.

And PE is still PE.  Had similar problems with them over 10 yrs ago.  They never gave a shit.  Hell, try getting them to honor their guarantee.

And that is why I stopped buying from them many years ago - looks like nothing has changed...

A little mold on the surface beats dried out... at least the mold can be wiped off... its real tough to inject those cigar oils once they get dried out.

PE "used" to be decent to deal with 10 or so years ago, with shipping issues and problems, its obvious that is not the case anymore.

I received cigars with green mold all over them from PE and they tried to shine me when I asked for replacement or refund.  Funny how mentioning filing a fraud charge with my cc moved a mountain and finally got me a near-instant email reply (and instant refund).

They're poop.  They were hot shit in 2008 when there wasn't a whole lot of competition and even then cigars came over humidified and moldy.

Green mold is a completely different story than white. No wiping the green stuff off.

hahaha, this cracked me up.  I know not everyone has been around for a long time, but its sad the same vendors continue to get business . P.E... hell, someone last week asked if they should be concerned about the box they had just ordered from lazarro...
