This same guy has left me hanging on a couple deals, so nothing surprises me. He likes to pull the old, "I'll take them," then never pay or bother to respond at all to close the deal or let you know whats going on. I have a list of a few like that here...plenty of people want things, but when it comes time to pay, NOPE.

That seems like the new norm here, I’ve had several guys do that lately. Some newbs and some that have been around for awhile.
