How did you pay? If it was with plastic or bank transfer, you can try to reverse the charge via a fraud claim. You ordered Fuentes, right?
I did a quick search and could not find the website. How did you hear about this guy?

It was before I was on here and was recommended by someone. He has an instagram page with alot of satisfied customers but burned me on a box of Monte 2s and Partagas Series D 5. Both boxes fake as hell and when I called him out on the things I could see wrong he played it real cool and said he would refund me the money. He has since deleted his instagram page and will not return texts or calls. Paid through paypal friends and family. Lesson learned and I'll smoke them cutting the grass or doing chores. They are still cigars just not what I paid for.

I don't use PP F&F specifically for this reason. I just add on 3.5 or 4 % onto the total price and send it as Goods&Services. I've never had an issue, but it's nice to know I'd have an additional option if someone tried to cornhole me.
What tips you off to them being fake? I'm assuming you are correct in your assessment, but I do know that Cuba doesn't always have the best QC. My first box or two, I went over the whole thing with a fine-toothed comb, so to speak. An off-center band, or a lightly-printed tax stamp was enough to keep me up at night!
You may want to contact a member on here by the screen name of Insight - he runs the cigar scumbags list website. Talk with him and if he thinks it's list-worthy, Mr. Orozco gets his name, online aliases, address(es), and phone numbers posted for posterity, along with a description of what happened. If he's still active on PP, they may be interested to know he advertises on Instagram, demands PP F&F, and then rips people off.
